^Lot 1511 Remington Model 34 .22 S/L/LR #72233

American made bolt-Action rifle chambered in .22 LR/L/S manufactured circa 1935 in Ilion, NY. It features a 24" round barrel with blade/bead front sight, and sporting rear sights (missing elevator). Tube magazine under the barrel with variable capacity, receiver mounted thumb safety, in-the-white bolt, smooth curved trigger, and polished bolt handle. The furniture consists of a single piece smooth wood semi-pistol grip stock with a serrated plastic butt plate. The action is smooth and tight. The bore appears dirty with good rifling. Wood stock is very good with some minor handling wear. Blue metal finish has faded with approximately 10% remaining. The metal shows scattered rust spots, some grinding marks on the left side of the receiver, and mostly bare metal.
